‘Really hacked off’: Carse in handcuffs leaves Root ‘really disappointed’ as England face fresh scrutiny

England captain Joe Root has admitted he is “really hacked off” and “really disappointed” after another off-field incident involving an England player brought the team's drinking culture under scrutiny again.Root's comments came after fast bowler Brydon Carse was pictured outside a nightclub in the early hours of Sunday in handcuffs and surrounded by police officers.
