India vs West Indies Live Score, 5th T20I: India look to get their batting act together in decider

India vs West Indies Live Score: India's middle order failed to build on Samson's start Once the opening partnership was broken in Hyderabad, India's middle order could not make the most of the platform provided by Sanju Samson. Ishan Kishan, captain Shreyas Iyer and Naman Dhir failed to capitalise on the start, highlighting a gradual decline in the team's core batting group during the series. India will need these players to take greater responsibility in the deciding T20I, especially if the openers provide another strong start. Against the West Indies, losing momentum after the powerplay could leave the hosts with too much work to do later in the innings..India vs West Indies Live Score: Samson dominated the 60-run stand in Hyderabad India's 60-run opening partnership in Hyderabad looked encouraging on paper, but the individual scores tell a different story. Sanju Samson scored 56 of those runs, while Abhishek Sharma managed only two. The stand therefore did not offer the balanced contribution India would have wanted from its opening pair. With the series on the line in Bengaluru, India will hope both batters can contribute meaningfully rather than relying heavily on one player. A more productive partnership could help prevent another early collapse and reduce the pressure on the middle order..IND vs WI Live Score: Samson and Abhishek need a stronger opening partnership Sanju Samson and Abhishek Sharma have produced three half-centuries between them during the series, but their returns as an opening pair have been inconsistent. Their partnerships across the four matches have read 29, 42, 7 and 60. Those numbers underline a concern for India ahead of the series decider, as the team needs its openers to give the middle order a solid platform. Against an aggressive West Indies attack, Samson and Abhishek will be expected to turn their individual moments of brilliance into a more dependable partnership..India vs West Indies Live Score: Four run feasts have hidden India's batting flaws The first four matches have produced plenty of runs, but the high scores have also hidden several problems in India's batting line-up. The hosts have had individual contributions from their top-order batters, yet the unit has struggled to maintain momentum at important stages. With the series level at 2-2, India will need more than another high-scoring contest to get past the West Indies. The decider will test whether the Indian batting order can handle pressure when the early momentum fades and the asking rate begins to rise..IND vs WI Live Score: India and West Indies gear up for series decider India and the West Indies head into the fifth and final T20I locked at 2-2, setting up a series decider at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Saturday. The four matches so far have produced plenty of runs, but India have also shown weaknesses that could prove costly against an aggressive West Indies side. With both teams having won two matches each, the final game offers India a chance to address those concerns and secure the series, while the visitors can aim for a historic series victory.
