UFC Vegas 122 Highlights! Prado Steamrolls Overweight Bonfim With Nasty TKO

Francisco Prado scored the biggest win of his UFC career thus far earlier tonight (Sat., Oct. 10, 2026) at UFC Vegas 122 LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, stopping lightweight veteran Ismael Bonfim with a dominant first-round TKO (punches).

Bonfim, who came into this weekend riding a three-fight losing streak, badly missed weight on Friday and ended up forfeiting 25% of his fight purse. Prado, who was moving down from welterweight, gladly accepted and decided to return the favor by packing on a whopping 35 pounds just 24 hours after weigh ins. Needless to say, Bonfim was going to drown if he didn't do something early on.

Unfortunately for Bonfim, Prado was all pedal to the metal to start the first round. He didn't allow Bonfim any breathing room at all. Prado eventually changed levels and scored a nice takedown to gain top control. From there, Prado unleashed heavy shots from top control and didn't let up until the referee stepped in for the stoppage.
