Ric Flair's Daughter Charlotte Gives Health Update on WWE Icon After Fall Leads to Hospitalization

WWE star Charlotte Flair provided a positive update regarding the health of her father, WWE icon Ric Flair, on Friday.

Charlotte revealed that Ric joked about his rivalry with The Ultimate Warrior after he was hospitalized before confirming that he'll be okay.

"Not my dad telling the doctor he fell bc of warrior dropping him on his head… (ps: he's going to be ok)," she wrote in a post on X.

Ric was sent to the hospital after he cut his head and eye open during a fall that occurred after he left a bar in Florida earlier on Friday, according to TMZ .

Per TMZ , the 77-year-old may also have a concussion.

He previously explained that he would need to miss a scheduled appearance in Seattle, as he wasn't cleared to fly due to a blood clot in his leg.

"Unfortunately, I Am Dealing With A Blood Clot In My Leg, And My Doctors Have Limited My Travel To 3–4 Hours," Flair wrote on X. "Seattle Falls Outside That Range, And As Disappointed As I Am, I Have To Put My Health And Recovery First."

Ric also revealed that he was dealing with "health issues" in May, per Joseph Staszewski of the New York Post .

He appears to be on track to fully recover from his latest injuries, though.
