Everything Angel Reese Said About Caitlin Clark, 'Dialed In' USA After 52-Point Win at World Cup

Team USA defeated Hungary 108-56 in the FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup quarterfinals on Thursday in Berlin.

After the game, Team USA forward Angel Reese spoke with TNT Sports' Allie LaForce, who asked about her chemistry with guard Caitlin Clark:

"We've played against each other so many times, so I'm sure we know each other's game like the back of each other's hand," Reese said.

"So just easily dishing off to her, she dishes off to me. She knows my spots, I kind of got one to her today, or maybe two.

"So it's fun. We just continue to build chemistry because we know we're going to be USA teammates for a while."

As LaForce noted, Team USA's 31 assists is a FIBA World Cup quarterfinal record. Clark led the way with nine dimes, including three leading to Reese buckets.

Reese also had three assists, including one to Clark.

"Everybody's just all dialed in offensively and defensively," Reese told reporters . "We talked about our keys, what it's going to take to win gold, and I think tonight we did everything that coach asked us to do."

Team USA advanced to Saturday's semifinals, where the 4-0 squad will await Thursday's quarterfinal winner of Australia vs. Spain.
