Giannis Shares New NBA Offseason Workout Video After Trade to Heat from Bucks

Giannis Antetokounmpo released a video on Sunday showing a behind-the-scenes look at his first few days with the Miami Heat before the team's media day on Monday and the start of training camp this week.

The video largely showcased some of Giannis' workouts, training routines and interactions with the team's staff.

Antetokounmpo, 31, was traded to the Heat this offseason after spending his first 13 NBA seasons with the Milwaukee Bucks. He'll pair with Bam Adebayo as the Heat look to return to prominence after three straight seasons without a playoff series win.
