Caitlin Clark Had Largest Signature Shoe Launch in Nike's History, CEO Says

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark's Nike Caitlin 1 signature shoe made history as it was released on Thursday.

Nike CEO Elliott Hill revealed that the Caitlin 1s were launched in 5,000 retail stores, representing the largest signature shoe launch in the company's history.

It also represented twice the average for a Nike Basketball signature shoe, per Hill .

The Caitlin 1s were released in "Caitlin Blue" and yellow "Warning Code" colorways on Thursday. There are also several other colorways of the shoe, which are expected to drop at a later date.

Clark has been with Nike since 2022 and was named a signature athlete by the company in Aug. 2025, which included an eventual shoe.

On June 17, the Caitlin 1s were officially announced .

Clark has remained elite offensively throughout her 2026 campaign with the Fever, averaging 22.3 points and 8.3 assists per game on 44.5/36.1/85.2 shooting splits during the regular season.

Through two playoff games this year, she's scored 42 points and dished out 25 assists while pulling down 10 rebounds.
