Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert debuted a new look upon arriving to the team's annual Production Day on Tuesday.

Rather than his usual full beard, the three-time All-Star and four-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year was sporting a goatee:

When asked to explain what sparked the change, Gobert said he wanted to "look professional," and added that his mother told him the beard looked "a little too rough sometimes."
