Boozer shone for the Grizzlies in a first half highlighted by his second-quarter dunk.
He went into the break having gone 3-for-5 from the field with 10 points, four rebounds and three assists.
Wilson was less active in the first half, during which he went 0-for-2 from the field while contributing three rebounds and one point.
He exploded in the third quarter, splashing a trio of three-pointers while racking up 12 points, a rebound and a steal.
Wilson later led a comeback push by getting the Bulls within two points of tying the game with a clutch three-pointer in the final minute.
He closed out the preseason loss having shot 7-for-17 from the field and 5-for-11 from deep.
Wilson will have three more opportunities to get preseason playing time over the next week.
The Bulls are set for upcoming exhibition matchups against the Denver Nuggets, Milwaukee Bucks and Minnesota Timberwolves before opening the regular season Oct. 21 at the Toronto Raptors.
The Grizzlies begin the regular season by welcoming the Utah Jazz to town the same day. Boozer and his teammates will first wrap up the preseason next Friday versus the Charlotte Hornets.
