Washington Wizards forward and 2026 No. 1 overall NBA draft pick AJ Dybantsa went house shopping in Washington, D.C., recently ahead of the start of his rookie season.

In a YouTube video posted Saturday by Overtime, Dybantsa toured some beautiful homes, including mansions priced at as much as $10 million:

The 19-year-old former BYU star inked a four-year, $66.91 rookie contract in July, and he is now looking to put down his roots in the Washington area.
