Hargitay is a noted Knicks fan, frequently attending games at Madison Square Garden throughout their 2026 playoff run that ended with an NBA Finals victory over the San Antonio Spurs.
Immediately after the Knicks ended the organization's 53-year championship drought, Brunson revealed that he wanted to make an appearance on Law & Order: SVU .
When asked what his next step was after hoisting the Larry O'Brien Trophy, the three-time All-Star said, "Try to go to SVU ."
Hargitay also hinted at Brunson's cameo on the show during a Thursday appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
