Caitlin Clark Gives Honest Answer When Grading Fever's Defense on A'ja Wilson, Aces in WNBA Playoffs

Indiana Fever star guard Caitlin Clark gave a blunt assessment of her team's performance against the Las Vegas Aces in Sunday's 102-85 Game 1 loss.

When asked how she would grade the Fever's defense against the Aces after star forward A'ja Wilson's 38-point, 16-rebound double-double, Clark quickly responded, "An F."

Wilson shot 15-of-19 from the field to spearhead an efficient victory for the Aces. The team shot 59 percent overall and 47 percent from beyond the arc to cruise to a dominant win.

While the Aces had an easy day at the office, Clark struggled with just 15 points on 6-of-17 shooting in the loss. Center Aliyah Boston led the team with 18 points, and Sophie Cunningham added 13 points off the bench.

Clark and the Fever will try to bounce back and avoid elimination against the Aces in Tuesday's Game 2 in Indiana.
