WNBA playoffs live updates, Fever-Aces score: Caitlin Clark, A'ja Wilson face off in Game 3 with trip to semifinals on the line
The WNBA playoffs continue with a winner-take-all Game 3 on Thursday night.
It all comes down to this for the Indiana Fever and Las Vegas Aces. After A'ja Wilson and the Aces dominated in Game 1, Caitlin Clark led the Fever to a fiery Game 2 win to avoid elimination and send the series back to Vegas. While the Aces have home-court advantage as the higher seed, head coach Becky Hammon said Game 3 "might as well be on the street … Anything can happen in those game scenarios."Last season, this matchup in the semifinals went to overtime of Game 5 before the Aces closed it out and rolled to another championship. Will the Fever be able to write a different story this year with a healthy Clark in tow? We'll find out soon enough, with a trip to the semifinals on the line. The winner will face either the Golden State Valkyries or Dallas Wings, who forced a Game 3 on Friday. How to watch Fever-Aces in the WNBA playoffsDate: Thursday, Oct. 1Location: Michelob Ultra Arena | Las VegasTime: 9 p.m. ETChannel: USA, CNBCFollow along with Yahoo Sports for all the highlights, news and more from Game 3 of the Fever-Aces series:
