Hart can look back and laugh now because the Knicks won Game 4 and then took down the San Antonio Spurs in Game 5 to claim the title. Things might've been much different if San Antonio closes out Game 4 and evens up the series.

In the event New York blows the Finals, Hart's miss would've been replayed over and over again as another example of the franchise's longstanding postseason futility.
