Reese also spoke highly of Clark earlier this week.
Clark and Reese were both two of the best players at the college level when they were at Iowa and LSU, respectively, and they had some intense back-and-forths throughout their careers, including in the national championship game in 2024.
The on-court rivalry has continued into the WNBA, and it has led to plenty of discourse among fans.
But now, having shared the court together, it's clear Clark and Reese's rivalry is strictly professional. That's great news for basketball fans, as those two are sure to star on women's national teams for years to come.
