Angel Reese to be Honored by LSU, Dream Star Won National Championship With Tigers in 2023

Atlanta Dream star and LSU alum Angel Reese will be honored during halftime of the Tigers' matchup with Texas Southern on Thursday, Nov. 5.

Reese, who won a national championship with LSU during the 2022-23 season, just played in the WNBA Finals in her first season with the Dream. Atlanta came up just short, falling in seven games against the Golden State Valkyries, but it was quite the debut for Reese, who was also named Defensive Player of the Year.
