Knicks' Josh Hart Jokes About His Ranking on ESPN's List of Top 100 NBA Players for 2026-27 Season

New York Knicks star Josh Hart has never been shy about poking fun at himself, so he's not sweating his ranking among the best players in the NBA.

After ESPN unveiled its list of the top 100 players entering the 2026-27 season and ranked Hart at No. 89, the 31-year-old laughed off his placement with a funny social media post:

Hart helped lead the Knicks to their first NBA championship since 1973 while serving as the team's do-everything connector and emotional leader. He shot a career-high 41.3 percent from three-point range and averaged 12.0 points, 7.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.1 steals.

It's safe to say that ESPN's ranking won't change Hart's approach as he tries to help the Knicks defend their title when they open the season on Oct. 20 against the Philadelphia 76ers.
