Where to watch Brewers vs. Dodgers today: Channel, time, TV schedule, live stream for NLCS Game 1

It's only fitting that a postseason series between MLB's top two teams this season begins with a must-watch pitching matchup.

Jacob Misiorowski and the Brewers welcome Tarik Skubal and the Dodgers to Milwaukee on Sunday for Game 1 of the National League Championship Series in what should be an epic showdown of past and future Cy Young Award winners.

It will only be the second official postseason start for the Milwaukee flamethrower and presumed NL Cy Young winner, though he did have an extended outing against the Dodgers in last year's NLCS Game 3.

That outing saw opener Aaron Ashby face four batters and allow a run before The Miz came on to work five innings. He struck out nine but took the loss after allowing two more runs, one of them earned, as the Brewers scored just one run of their own — a pattern that repeated in all four games of the LA sweep.

Offense, then, will be top of mind for Milwaukee in this series, but improving in that department is easier said than done with Skubal and Yoshinobu Yamamoto looming right out of the gate. Skubal has one career postseason loss and aside from that 2024 ALDS outing against Cleveland, he has surrendered five total runs in his other six playoff starts, working at least six innings each time out.

This one looks like it should be an October classic. Here's all you need to know to tune in.
