'Jimothy' Raccoon Ultra Rare Trading Card Sells for Unbelievable Price by Teenage Mariners Fan

One young Seattle Mariners fan cashed in on "Jimothy" mania in a big way.

A one-of-a-kind trading card featuring the viral raccoon sold for $20,100 in an eBay auction last month.

A 13-year-old was the lucky recipient of the card as the Mariners celebrated "Jimothy" during their 4-2 win over the Detroit Tigers on Aug. 5. Her family told the Seattle Times ' Sofia Schwarzwalder any money from auctioning the card would be put toward her college fund.
