Alex Call is taking issue with suggestive ads that air during MLB games

The Dodgers outfielder shared his outrage on X in a post

"Parents shouldn't have to worry about this," Call, who is not on the team's postseason roster, said

Alex Call is calling foul on recent commercials that he says feature "half-naked women."

"Can we please get the soft porn ads off playoff broadcasts, TBS, Fox, NBC, @MLB?" the Los Angeles Dodgers player wrote on X Wednesday, Oct. 14, in response to a post discussing the trend. "My son wants to watch baseball with Dada, but how do I justify that when a half-naked women could come on screen anytime?? This is America's Pastime. Parents shouldn't have to worry about this."

Call's response was to a post in which a Utah-based X user shared his displeasure with commercials that star Sydney Sweeney and Megan Fox .

In addition to the 32-year-old outfielder, female athletes are among those outraged by Sweeney's sports-betting ad for Novig.

In the commercials, the Euphoria actress, 29, bares almost all while posing in provocative positions.

"Just you, your takes and sports," Sweeney, topless and holding her breasts, says into the camera.

Call — who was left off the Dodgers' postseason roster — has had time to watch games at home with his family amid the team's playoff run.

The right fielder also made headlines earlier this season for his position — in which he nearly injured Dodgers star Shohei Ohtani .

In July, Call clipped Ohtani's right elbow with his cleat while jumping over the dugout railing to celebrate the team's win against the Philadelphia Phillies.

Ohtani, 32, briefly clutched his elbow before the two players laughed off the near-miss.

On Wednesday night, the designated hitter managed a single in two at bats amid a self-owned slump triggered by lingering injuries.

"The symptoms shouldn't be the reason why I can't hit," Ohtani told reporters through his interpreter on Tuesday, Oct. 13. "The results, [I] take full responsibility."

The Dodgers will try to stave off elimination on Friday, Oct. 16 for Game 5, when they face the Milwaukee Brewers, who will earn a trip to the World Series with a win.
