Patiala food safety team seizes 1.25 quintal paneer, collects samples for lab testing

Patiala: Patiala food safety officials seized 1.25 quintals of paneer during an early-morning inspection at a dairy in Chhatera village and collected a sample for laboratory testing.The remaining stock was seized on suspicion under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. The team later collected three paneer samples and one ghee sample from different premises in Samana.
