Police studied the vehicle’s registration number and identified its owner as Borade.“Our team then called Borade on his phone, but he did not answer. We tracked the location of his cellphone and a team started chasing the SUV on motorcycles,” the DCP said. The police team chased the SUV in which Suryavanshi was abducted and taken to the Sinhagad Road area, a distance of about 16km. The personnel chased the subsequent SUV also up to Alka Talkies Chowk, a distance of about another 16km.
