Whenever people reject Congress, it begins to discredit constitutional institutions and the mandate," Union minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said. He added, "Calling the PM, who has been elected with a full majority and a record mandate 'illegal' reflects Congress' arrogance and its distrust of the democratic system.
