Philadelphia serial killer probe brings in reinforcements to dig through home tied to missing women: report

Investigators have returned to the infamous Philadelphia home of the late Raymond "R.C." Horsch to search the property yet again for any clues in a case involving multiple missing women and a potential serial killer. Philadelphia police and federal investigators were seen at the home on Monday as they executed a search warrant, FOX 29 Philadelphia reported. Authorities are ramping up their search of Horsch's home on Chew Avenue in Olney – an effort they said will shut down roads and involve more digging at the property, according to the outlet. "We all came together just to make sure neighbors understood that this is an ongoing investigation, we understand it is disruptive, neighbors and businesses are concerned, so we need to provide support and resources," Councilmember Anthony Phillips said, FOX 29 reported. At least five of those women are believed to be dead.
