NEW DELHI/PATNA: A Delhi court Thursday framed charges against RJD chief Lalu Prasad, wife Rabri Devi, their son, Tejashwi Prasad Yadav, and six others in a money laundering case linked to the alleged IRCTC hotel scam, report Koushiki Saha & Jai Narain Pandey. The case dates to Lalu's tenure as railway minister in the UPA govt (2004-09).Special judge Vishal Gogne of Rouse Avenue Court observed that tenders for leasing two IRCTC hotels at Ranchi and Puri were manipulated by railway officials under the "stewardship" of Lalu as he framed the charges under PMLA.
