You can get $50 gift cards for just $40 during fall Prime Day — that’s 20% savings at several stores

October Prime Day (technically called Prime Big Deal Days) is happening now through October 7, offering discounts on gift cards, exclusive to Prime members. Some of the top newly added deals include 20 percent off gift cards to your favorite beauty and fashion retailers, restaurants and entertainment venues. I frequently cover shopping events like Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday as a contributing writer for NBC Selected, so I know how to find deals that are actually worth buying. I spent weeks combing through thousands of discounts to find the best October Prime Day gift card deals — each one I recommend below is highly rated and 20 percent off or more, as well as at its lowest price in at least three months. I’ll frequently update this list throughout Prime Big Deal Days with editor-approved picks, so continue to check back for new deals. Want more from NBC Selected?
