Capgemini sells subsidiary after row over ICE ties

French IT giant Capgemini said on Saturday it was selling its US subsidiary to an American company after the unit came under pressure for its work for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency.Tasked with enforcing US President Donald Trump's immigration crackdown, ICE's heavily armed agents have faced nationwide backlash for their aggressive tactics.Capgemini said it had entered into an agreement with ITC Federal, a US IT solutions and enterprise services provider to federal law enforcement, homeland security and defence agencies, for the sale of Capgemini Government Solutions.
