ChudTheBuilder breaks silence after jail release with “season two” streaming tease linked to Pump.fun and $CHUD

Dalton Eatherly, better known online as ChudTheBuilder, appears ready to return to streaming after his release from a Tennessee jail. In a video posted on X on August 31, Eatherly said his “season two” was “coming very soon” and pointed toward Pump.fun. He was released on August 10 after posting a $1 million bond in connection with the May shooting outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Clarksville, Tennessee.ChudTheBuilder says “season two” is coming soonEatherly’s latest video marked his first clear public message about returning to streaming since his release. He appeared outside while drinking a Monster Energy drink and smoking a cigar, saying it was his first White Monster since leaving jail.“I wanted to come and just officially break the silence, how about that?” Eatherly said.He then addressed people who had been questioning whether he could use social media or whether his bond had been revoked. His comments included a racial slur, which has been censored here.“There’s so many confused *****s out there, they’re chimping out… ‘He’s not allowed on social media, I thought his bond was revoked, he’s going right back?!’ Keep ch*mping out, guys. Just know, season two… coming very soon to a blockchain near you.”Eatherly did not provide a date for his next stream. Still, his message leaves little doubt that he wants to get back to creating content. His reference to a “blockchain” also points toward the platform he has used for streaming.ChudTheBuilder signals his return to streaming on Pump.funEatherly has used Pump.fun for streaming after his ban from Kick earlier in 2026. Pump.fun allows users to create tokens and also supports livestreams connected to those tokens.His Pump.fun profile currently says, “The Chud will return…” The profile also lists activity connected to the $CHUD token.Eatherly mentioned both the platform and token in his August 31 video.“Only on Pump.fun, streaming on $CHUD coin. Stay tuned.”That possible return comes while his criminal case is still moving through the legal system. Eatherly was arrested after the May 13 shooting outside the Montgomery County Courts Center. He is charged with attempted murder, employing a firearm during a dangerous felony, aggravated assault and reckless endangerment with a deadly weapon. His case has been sent to a grand jury.His bond was initially set at $1.25 million before being reset to $1 million. TMZ reported that Eatherly posted the $1 million bond and was released from Montgomery County Jail on August 10.For now, Eatherly has not announced exactly when his next stream will happen.
