Manchester City have completed the signing of 18-year-old midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi for an initial €95 million (approx £81.3m).
The Citizens have been looking to sign the highly-promising Moroccan from Lille all summer and have finally sealed the deal for the teenager, who has penned a five-year contract with the club.
Bouaddi becomes City's fourth signing this summer following the arrivals of Elliot Anderson , Jeremy Monga , and Gerónimo Rulli with the Manchester side looking much-changed under new manager Enzo Maresca .
"We discussed a lot of things and the future also because this is why I'm here – for the future," Bouaddi said on his arrival.
"We know that in the great club we need to win. We are going to see what's going to happen. What's important is that I'm going to give 100%, be always here for the team and then it's the future.
"I think here the most important [thing] is to win. In a big club you need to win and this is all that we are going to do. We are going to give 100% to achieve all of our goals."
Bouaddi came through the academy at Lille , making 95 appearances in total for the club.
