Jynxzi announces 100-player Fortnite tournament: Who will join Ludwig, Valkyrae and Tyler1 in 50-duo showdown?

Gaming streamer Jynxzi is bringing 100 creators together for a Fortnite tournament featuring 50 duos. The event is scheduled for September 20, 2026, at 4 PM ET, with viewers in the UK able to watch from 9 PM BST. Jynxzi has already revealed a large part of the lineup, with creators including Ludwig, Valkyrae, Tyler1, SypherPK, Stable Ronaldo, Sketch and Emiru among those confirmed. He also explained how he plans to keep the competition balanced, saying some experienced Fortnite players will have to use controllers during the event.Jynxzi confirms 38 streamers for 100-player Fortnite tournamentJynxzi announced the tournament on X and asked streamers to find a duo and sign up for the event.He wrote:“Need 100 Streamers for Fortnite Tourney September 20th 4PM ET Tag your duo.”During a recent stream, Jynxzi revealed the creators who had already confirmed their spots. The remaining spots are expected to be filled as more creators choose their duos.The event is set to begin at 4 PM ET/3 PM CT/1 PM PT/9 PM BST on September 20.Jynxzi says top Fortnite players will use controllersThe presence of experienced Fortnite players raised a different question. Some viewers wondered whether players such as Stable Ronaldo and SypherPK would have too much of an advantage over creators who do not regularly play Fortnite.Jynxzi said he plans to reduce that gap by putting several strong players on controllers.He specifically mentioned Ronaldo, Lacy, SypherPK and CourageJD as players who would face the restriction.Jynxzi said:“Ron is winning? We’re hard-nerfing Ron. Ron and Lacey.”He then explained that Ronaldo would use a controller and could be paired with Flight or LosPollos. Jynxzi also said Lacy would have a controller teammate and confirmed that SypherPK and CourageJD would also be required to use controllers.He added:“If you’re one of those, like, Fortnite YouTubers or Fortnite streamers, we have to put you on a controller because there are people in here literally asking me how to build.”The controller rule is designed to make the matches less one-sided when experienced Fortnite players compete alongside creators who may not have the same level of experience with the game.Jynxzi has not yet revealed all 50 duos or provided a full tournament format.
