Some viewers wondered whether players such as Stable Ronaldo and SypherPK would have too much of an advantage over creators who do not regularly play Fortnite.Jynxzi said he plans to reduce that gap by putting several strong players on controllers. He specifically mentioned Ronaldo, Lacy, SypherPK and CourageJD as players who would face the restriction.Jynxzi said:“Ron is winning? We’re hard-nerfing Ron. Ron and Lacey.”He then explained that Ronaldo would use a controller and could be paired with Flight or LosPollos. Jynxzi also said Lacy would have a controller teammate and confirmed that SypherPK and CourageJD would also be required to use controllers. He added:“If you’re one of those, like, Fortnite YouTubers or Fortnite streamers, we have to put you on a controller because there are people in here literally asking me how to build.”The controller rule is designed to make the matches less one-sided when experienced Fortnite players compete alongside creators who may not have the same level of experience with the game.Jynxzi has not yet revealed all 50 duos or provided a full tournament format. More details could be announced as the September 20 event gets closer. For now, the confirmed lineup already includes some of the biggest names in streaming, giving the 100-player Fortnite tournament a mix of competitive players and creators who are better known for other types of content.Catch the latest World News and Live updates.
