Ahmedabad: Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) raised its full-year revenue and operating profit guidance after reporting double-digit quarterly profit growth, backed by expansion across its ports, logistics, and marine businesses. Consolidated profit after tax (PAT) rose 18% year-on-year to Rs 3,682 crore in the Sept quarter. The company increased its FY27 revenue guidance by Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 44,000-46,000 crore. Its EBITDA guidance also rose by Rs 1,000 crore to Rs 26,000-27,000 crore, reflecting its strong first-half performance.Revenue grew 24% to Rs 11,340 crore, while EBITDA increased 23% to Rs 6,807 crore. The revised outlook points to a broader growth strategy beyond domestic port operations. Domestic ports continue to anchor earnings, but international ports, logistics, and marine are driving the company’s expansion.International ports posted the sharpest growth, with revenue up 71% and EBITDA more than tripled. This performance reflected the ramp-up of operations in Colombo and Tanzania, along with a contribution from Australia’s NQXT terminal.Domestic ports remained the largest contributor to earnings. Revenue rose 13%, supported by cargo growth and higher realisations. The business reported an EBITDA margin of 72.5%, providing a stable base as the company expands into other segments.Logistics revenue grew 21%, while marine revenue increased 57%. The logistics business recovered from the disruption caused by the West Asia crisis in the first quarter. Marine growth was supported by fleet expansion, offshore services, and the company’s entry into subsea services.APSEZ said it raised its FY27 capital expenditure guidance by Rs 3,000 crore to Rs 15,000-17,000 crore as it accelerates spending towards its Ambition 2031 targets. The company aims to generate Rs 91,500 crore in revenue and Rs 52,000 crore in EBITDA by FY31. Achieving these targets will require sustained growth across its expanded transport and logistics network.“Domestic ports continue to anchor our earnings, while international ports, logistics and marine are emerging as powerful growth engines,” said Ashwani Gupta, whole-time director and chief executive officer of APSEZ.The key test will be whether the newer growth engines can sustain their expansion and improve their contribution to earnings as capital expenditure rises. You Can Also Check: Gold Rate in Ahmedabad | Silver Rate in Ahmedabad | Bank Holidays in Ahmedabad | Public Holidays in Ahmedabad | Ahmedabad AQI | Weather in Ahmedabad | Petrol Price in Ahmedabad | Diesel Price in Ahmedabad | CNG Price in Ahmedabad | LPG Price in AhmedabadStay updated with the latest Ahmedabad news.
