NEW DELHI: The CJP on Saturday appealed to its supporters to march towards Jantar Mantar in Delhi, saying that any place where police stopped them would become their protest site.“We appeal to everyone to march towards Jantar Mantar! If Delhi Police tries to stop you, wherever they stop you will become your Jantar Mantar,” the CJP tweeted alongside a video message from party’s national organisation in-charge, Ajinkya Shinde. In the video, Ajinkya said, “Namaskaar saathiyo. Aapko pata hoga Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka, hamaare 3 CJP leaders ko is Modi-Shah ki taanaashahi sarkar ne Delhi airport par hi detain kiya.”He further said, “Yeh taanaashahi sarkaar is desh ki ekjut-ta se ek baar phir darr chuki hai. Modi-Shah ka darr yeh dikhaata hai ki aadhi ladai to hum jeet chuke hain aur ek nayi ladai ki yeh shuruwaat hai.""We appeal to everyone to march towards Jantar Mantar! If Delhi Police tries to stop you, wherever they stop you will become your Jantar Mantar. The fight will continue jab tak Gyanesh Kumar doesn't resign," the video ended with the message.Earlier, CJP leaders Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were detained from inside a flight at Delhi airport on Saturday, ahead of the CJP's Jantar Mantar 2.0 protest. In a video shared by the party on X, Dipke was heard saying during the detention, “You can see where the nation is heading. They are here to arrest us directly from the flight. This is something even Indira Gandhi had not done. This is dictatorship, where Delhi Police has entered the flight and is trying to arrest us.”The CJP leaders, along with some passengers, chanted slogans such as “Bharat Mata ki Jai” and “Inquilab Zindabad” during the detention.“How did you come onto the flight? I will speak about this once I get outside. Please send the senior officers forward. Send the male officers forward,” Dipke said.“I have come here to get arrested. I have come here to get arrested. I am not afraid of you guys,” he added.“Which case will you charge me under? Rajasthan’s? NC, U.N.? Apply whatever sections you want,” Dipke asked.“Shall I take my bag? Shall I take it? Let’s go, ma’am,” Dipke said. You Can Also Check: Gold Rate in Delhi | Silver Rate in Delhi | Bank Holidays in Delhi | Public Holidays in Delhi | Delhi AQI | Weather in Delhi | Petrol Price in Delhi | Diesel Price in Delhi | CNG Price in Delhi | LPG Price in DelhiStay updated with the latest Delhi news.
