A body was pulled from the water in Cleveland Tuesday afternoon as police searched for a Maryland father who vanished after traveling to the city for the Steelers-Browns game, though authorities have not confirmed whether the discovery is connected to his disappearance. Cleveland police spokesperson Sgt. Freddy Diaz told Fox News Digital the body was recovered shortly after 1 p.m. and will be taken to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy. Phoenix Phillips, 24, was last seen at about 6 a.m. Friday in downtown Cleveland, the Cleveland Division of Police said in a missing-person alert.
