NEW DELHI: Keeping in mind its estimates on turnout, Delhi Police has drawn up a security plan involving road blockades, preventive detentions and restrictions on movement for the protest against SIR and CEC Gyanesh Kumar.As many as 600 buses, 25 cranes have been put in place to aid detentions in New Delhi.
