Libra Shani Horoscope Today, 24 October 2026: Mercury and Venus retro on your lagna make this a rethinking phase

Saturday opens a long pause for Libra. Mercury turns retrograde on your lagna, joining Venus, your ruler, which has been retrograde since early October and now sits hidden in the Sun’s light. The debilitated Sun completes a crowded first house. Until mid-November, both planets ask you to rethink rather than rush. Two Retrograde Planets in the First HouseThe first house governs self-image and direction. With Mercury and Venus both moving backwards here, you may question choices you felt sure about a month ago, perhaps your career path or how you present yourself. That questioning is useful. Note what no longer fits, but avoid sudden changes, such as quitting a job, until both planets turn direct.Old Contacts and Old PlansRetrograde Venus and Mercury often bring back people and projects from the past. A former colleague or an abandoned plan may resurface.Treat them as information. Decide later whether they belong in your future.Moon and Shani in the SixthShani, your yogakaraka, with the Moon in your sixth on Shanivar, steadies routine while the lagna is in flux. Keep work and health habits fixed. They hold you steady while bigger questions settle.Career and JupiterExalted Jupiter in your tenth protects your position at work. Debilitated Mars beside it warns against arguing with a boss over a sudden change in plans. Rethinking is better done privately.Do’s for TodayNote what no longer fits your goals.Keep daily routines fixed.Don’ts for TodayAvoid quitting a job or making drastic changes until mid-November.Do not rush back to an old contact without reflection.Shani Remedy for TodayVolunteer for an hour at a library, sorting and reshelving returned books.
