IIT JAM 2027 registration begins September 12: Check list of required documents, and how to apply

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will conduct the Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM) 2027. The registration process will begin on September 12, 2026. Candidates who wish to appear for the examination can apply through the official IIT JAM website at jam.iitkgp.ac.in.The last date to submit the JAM 2027 application form is October 12, 2026. The correction window is expected to open on November 10, 2026.Candidates who have already completed their undergraduate degree or will appear for the final examination of their qualifying degree in 2027 can apply for JAM 2027.IIT JAM 2027 exam date and timingsThe IIT JAM 2027 examination will be conducted on February 14, 2027. The list includes:Class 10 or Secondary School Certificate (SSC) marksheet/certificate.A recent passport-size photograph measuring 3.5 cm × 4.5 cm.A signature made with a black or dark blue ink pen. Candidates should draw a 2 cm × 7 cm rectangular box on white paper and sign completely within the box horizontally.Category certificate, wherever applicable.Candidates with Physical Disability (PwD) should keep a valid PwD certificate and Unique Disability ID (UDID) card/number ready.
