The MAGA donor who accused U.S. Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle of pressuring him to wire her $100,000 to pay off her American Express bill said he will be taking legal action against her.

“I’m going to be suing those lawyers, that law firm, and Kimberly Guilfoyle,” Eric Deters said in an interview with CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360” on Monday. “It’s going to be fun.”

Deters accused Guilfoyle’s legal team of making false claims about him following The Wall Street Journal’s explosive report exposing her pricey request. Guilfoyle allegedly offered to help him reach senior Trump administration officials in exchange.

“They first said that the text messages were fake — defamation,” he said. “Then they said I was a known blackmailer. I’ve never blackmailed anybody in my life.”

Guilfoyle — the ex-wife of California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) and the former fiancee of President Trump’s eldest son, Donald Trump Jr. — and her attorneys have since denied that claim, maintaining that she was seeking to collect roughly $150,000 in unpaid fees for speaking engagements and consulting work.

Deters, a longtime supporter of Trump, told the Journal that he paid Guilfoyle $300,000 over several years to speak at Freedom Fest, a conservative Kentucky-based event he launched in 2020 in opposition to COVID-19 mandates. He also described their relationship as a “quid pro quo.”

The donor shot down that explanation Monday, saying the diplomat never mentioned an outstanding debt in their private messages .

“Now, they’re claiming that there are invoices when she knows that’s not true. In all the text messages, she doesn’t mention anything about me owing money,” he said. “She knows that is phony, and I’m going to be suing them all for defamation.”

In a separate report, the Journal alleged Guilfoyle bragged about her connections to wealthy Greek men who were bankrolling her luxury travel, and that Trump and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are weighing whether to fire her.

Trump confirmed Monday that he was aware of the allegations and that her future in the administration was under review.

“Well, we’re looking at it. Yeah, we’re not happy,” the president told The Hill when speaking with reporters on the White House South Lawn.

The Journal also reported that the State Department’s inspector general is investigating her alleged misconduct, and whether the ambassador leveraged her diplomatic position and connections in exchange for gifts or favors from private businessmen.

Deters said he believes Trump should fire her for her actions.

“I think she’s gone. I think he has to fire her,” he told CNN. “It’s grifting on the highest level, and it’s just an awful look for the administration.”
