Watch live: Trump rallies Nebraska voters with GOP on defense

President Trump will rally voters in Nebraska Monday evening, as Republicans look to shore up support in a state where an unexpectedly competitive Senate race has put the GOP on defense.

Sen. Pete Ricketts (R-Neb.) is facing independent Dan Osborn, who came within 7 points of Sen. Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) in 2024 and is now backed by state Democrats. Polling averages, including data from Decision Desk HQ , show a close contest in the deep-red state.

Trump’s visit is the latest stop in a swing through red states as the party faces a difficult midterm environment. Vice President Vance and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. have also visited the Cornhusker State in recent months.

The event in Grand Island, Neb., is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. EDT.
