Democratic Rep. Haley Stevens on Sunday issued a last-minute endorsement of Republican Mike Rogers in the battleground Michigan Senate race amid her feud with Democrat Abdul El-Sayed.

Stevens, who narrowly lost to El-Sayed in the August primary for the open Senate seat, was initially slated to attend a “unity” rally alongside her primary opponent and Democratic Rep. James Clyburn (S.C.). Instead, she joined Rogers at a church in Detriot, where she backed the Republican.

The House Democrat previously signaled she would be voting for the Democratic ticket in the state, but tensions between her and El-Sayed had grown in recent days.

In Alaska, a judge delivered a blow to the Trump administration, tossing the Justice Department’s lawsuit over the marquee Senate race. The administration sought to block the certification of the election’s results should Democrat Mary Peltola win, citing confusion over the two Dan Sullivans on the ballot.

Meanwhile, after initially cancelling planned rallies in Kansas and Iowa in favor of tele-rallies, Trump will visit both the Sunflower State and the Hawkeye State after all, rescheduling both rallies for Sunday as he makes a last-minute attempt to keep his party in control of Congress.
