Travis Kelce Says He’s ‘Excited’ for First Holiday Season as a ‘Married Man,’ Starting New Traditions with Wife Taylor Swift

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end expressed his excitement for his first holiday season as a "married man" while starring in Tommy Hilfiger's winter 2026 campaign

The athlete was named a brand ambassador and creative collaborator for Tommy Hilfiger in March

The holidays will be extra special for newlyweds Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift as they will celebrate their first season together as husband and wife.

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 37, shared how he's gearing up for the festive season as Tommy Hilfiger unveiled its winter 2026 holiday campaign, "The Perfect Holiday," on Thursday, Nov. 5.

"I'm excited for my first holiday as a married man," Kelce told Women's Wear Daily . He married Swift at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Friday, July 3.

He continued, "I love all the old traditions and can't wait to start some new ones. I start celebrating as that tree goes up."

Other cultural figures in the festive campaign include singer and actress Jisoo, actor Arón Piper, content creator Quenlin Blackwell, New York Knicks player Josh Hart, and Liverpool FC players Florian Wirtz, Dominik Szoboszlai and Jérémy Jacquet.

Kelce was named a global brand ambassador and creative collaborator for Tommy Hilfiger in March. He starred in the label's fall 2026 campaign, "Only in New York," which was filmed at New York City's Plaza Hotel and marked the first public appearance of his pet female Samoyed dog .

In a promotional video for the winter 2026 campaign on Instagram , Kelce shared the personal traditions that shape his "perfect holiday."

"My mother, [Donna], baking blueberry muffins," he said.

Later on in the clip, Kelce teased, "You got any Tommy Christmas onesies somewhere?"

Through the years, Swift, who grew up on a Christmas tree farm in Pennsylvania, has also expressed her love for the Christmas season.

"I grew up on a farm. It was a Christmas tree farm though, so that's why I'm sort of obsessed with Christmas," she said in an audio clip for Big Machine Label Group in 2013. "Yeah, I really love Christmas, I wish it was all year round. Just like for the feeling that everybody has — everybody's buying gifts for each other and there's sort of a feeling about it. But I think that the fact that I love it so much is probably because I grew up on a Christmas tree farm."

After Kelce and Swift said "I do" over the summer, Hilfiger congratulated the athlete , writing on Instagram alongside a teaser of the fall 2026 campaign, "Congratulations @killatrav! See you at The Plaza in September." The clip featured the on-screen text "Congratulations Mr. Travis Kelce."

Hilfiger and his wife, Dee, who shared a selfie taken on the night of the couple's ceremony, were among the star-studded wedding guests. There were hundreds of attendees, including A-list celebrity friends and industry tastemakers, such as Selena Gomez , Benny Blanco , Ed Sheeran , Emma Stone , Jessica Alba , Hugh Grant , Cindy Crawford , Jennifer Lopez , Brad Pitt , Bradley Cooper , Gigi Hadid , Zoë Kravitz , Dakota Johnson , Karlie Kloss and Ethan Hawke .

Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony. Several stars sang at the wedding , including Paul McCartney , Stevie Nicks and even Kelce .
