😱 Disgraceful scenes: Série C final sees mass brawl and eight red cards

The Brazilian Série C final featured the infamous UGLY SCENES.

Maringá (from Paraná) beat Ferroviária (from São Paulo) 2–1 to be crowned champions... And the title celebrations turned into an all-out brawl.

The trouble started after Maringá players taunted striker Fau, who had scored in the first leg and celebrated provocatively.

Maringá and Ferroviária had already secured promotion to Série B, along with Santa Cruz and Inter de Limeira.

Despite that, the clubs contested a tense final: a 1–1 draw in the first leg and a 2–1 win for Maringá in the second.

And the all-out brawl resulted in EIGHT red cards, six of them for players from the Paraná club:
