Watch: Thieves steal Lord Ganesha idol from stall in Bengaluru

BENGALURU: Residents were left stunned when even a Ganesha idol kept by the roadside for sale for the upcoming Ganesha festival was not spared by thieves.A group of four men arrived in a mini goods vehicle and made off with the idol in the early hours of Tuesday.According to the CCTV footage, the four men arrived around 3.51am. Two persons walked to a corner of the road, while two others quickly took the idol which was kept, packed with a tarpaulin.They loaded the idol into the vehicle parked a few metres away and and fled from the spot.
