Union commerce minister Piyush Goyal welcomed the unanimous adoption of the New Delhi Declaration at the 18th Brics Summit, saying that it reflects the collective resolve of member countries to build a more resilient, innovative, development-focused and equitable partnership.Goyal said the grouping has expanded in scope and purpose, while collectively amplifying the voice of the Global South.
