Meta Muse could soon drive up to 8% of revenue by 2030: Deutsche Bank analyst
Deutsche Bank analyst Benjamin Black delivers an optimistic sales prediction for Meta's Muse AI agent.
Let Wall Street's financial predictions for Meta's ( META ) Muse AI agent begin!
First out of the gate is Deutsche Bank analyst Benjamin Black.
Black sees Muse reaching up to 8% of Meta's revenue by 2030, which nets out to roughly $36 billion in sales for the product. On the lower end of the prediction scale, Black sees Muse pulling in sales of $2.4 billion by 2030.
"So Muse can monetize the transaction itself while also feeding more dollars back into Meta's core ad business, which makes the upside MUCH bigger," Futurum Equities chief strategist said.
It's not hard to see how Muse could quickly add up the sales.
Meta's Muse AI agent has been downloaded more than 5.1 million times so far in its short time in the market, according to the latest data from Sensor Tower. The company has signed commerce deals with the likes of Shopify ( SHOP ) and PayPal ( PYPL ).
Meta also debuted the Muse Charm in late September. This is a standalone pocket device built exclusively for voice interaction with the company's Muse agent.
CEO Mark Zuckerberg also showcased a major shift toward "personal superintelligence" by unveiling a hardware-meets-AI moment in the Meta VR Glasses.
Weighing just 100 grams — roughly one-fifth the weight of Meta's Quest 3 — the $1,299 spatial computing glasses feature 5K micro-OLED displays, tethered puck processing, and native eye and hand tracking.
On the smart eyewear front , Meta debuted the third-generation Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 glasses, starting at an entry-level $249. Joining them are the camera-free Ray-Ban Meta Audio glasses, designed purely for open-ear listening and AI voice interaction.
Meta's stock is up 25% inside of a month.
"Muse has the potential to become an always-on personal assistant for consumers," Black said.
