WWE Power Rankings after Monday Night RAW in Bossier City, LA

Ranking the top men's wrestlers in the WWE.

· 842 words

Hello everybody, and welcome back to another week of the WWE 's Men's Power Rankings. With Money in the Bank now in the past, I want to give congratulations to Tiffany Stratton and Penta for winning their respective matches on Saturday.

That means we now look forward to Survivor Series, which of course is War Games again this year. So over the next few weeks, you'll see cliques made to fill the match for this brawl that happens near Thanksgiving every year.

That being said, let's get to this week's list and see how these stories have unfolded since last week. Have a great day, everyone, and may the slams be with you.

Chad Gable defeated Rey Fenix on Monday Night RAW via submission to retain the Intercontinental Championship. Their match was wrestled amazingly, showing why the WWE Universe, and even myself, finally believe in Gable. However, Gable dropped to tenth on this list after Penta's performance at MITB.

Trick Williams fought hard in last weekend's MITB match, in which Penta ended up winning. Since Williams is currently the U.S. Champion, I could see a storyline where he defends his title before Survivor Series, since the War Games matches usually run an hour. That could happen at Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 7th.

Solo Sikoa, Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso wrestled in a six-man tag team match against 946 on RAW last night. The match went exactly the way you would expect it to go, with constant brawls outside the ring, leading to a no-contest. This storyline has been going on for quite some time, but now that War Games is in the future, you can bet this feud is about to heat up. YEET!

Penta won the Money in the Bank match, giving him the right to a title fight at any given moment. This is something I could see Penta using against Sami Zayn, who is the more beatable of the two champs. Of course, the element of surprise has always played a huge factor when people cash in their briefcase. This has led to a new champion on many different occasions, making Penta even more deadly than he already is. On RAW, Penta and Je'Von Evans went back and forth on the mic, showing off Penta's versatility, all around. For that, Penta moves up to number seven on this list.

Seth "Freakin" Rollins slips to fifth on this list after losing to Roman Reigns in the Main Event at SummerSlam. Since then, Rollins has cut some promos and gone face to face with a few wrestlers, but hasn't been b on T.V. for a minute. That's okay because he's really not needed right now, and we'll see if he shows up next week.

Oba Femi defeated Bronson Reed this weekend in one of the few matches that wasn't a Money in the Bank match. The match was spectacular and showed off Reed's in-ring skill perfectly. Even though Femi is the future of the WWE, Reed is going to be just as popular as a heel. On RAW, Femi cut a promo against Paul Heyman and simply sparked him on the mic.

C.M. Punk ended up losing in the MITB match on Saturday, in the main event. Even though Penta won, Punk was almost v up that ladder multiple times, and even looked to be the favorite late, because of this. Punk still looked strong in this match and wasn't on RAW last night, which means they're giving him some time to heal up, especially after some of the bumps he took in that match.

Sami Zayn came out on Friday Night SmackDown to cut a promo about being a good guy. After ranting for a few moments, Je'Von Evans came out to try to reason with Zayn, even though he felt Zayn was crashing out. There were a few more wrestlers that came out, but in the end, Zayn stormed out like a little child again.

Cody Rhodes decided to break character with Seth Rollins at a Street Fighter premiere this weekend, with a hug. Both wrestlers attended the premiere, enjoying some time off while the rest of the roster took care of business at MITB. Now that's done, Rhodes should be back in Smackdown this week, unless he has more obligations to hold up on the Hollywood side of things.

Roman Reigns defeated L.A. Knight in the opening match at Money in the Bank on Saturday. From high spots to false finishes, both superstars balled out until the OTC raised his finger in the end. Now that Knight has acknowledged our champion, we shall see what's next for our Tribal Chief.
