InMobi appoints Hema Namburi as group CFO

BengaluruInMobi has appointed Hema Namburi as its group chief financial officer (CFO). Namburi, who has been associated with the company for over 14 years across two stints, has served as its global financial controller since 2018.She brings nearly two decades of experience across finance, audit, taxation and regulatory compliance. Her association with InMobi began in 2010, when she joined its finance function and later rose to senior manager – finance. She returned to the company in 2018 after a two-and-a-half-year stint as vice-president – finance at FreshMenu.Earlier, she worked with KPMG India in statutory audits, financial reporting and internal controls, and began her career with Infosys in 2006 in financial planning and analysis.Naveen Tewari, founder and CEO of InMobi and Glance, said Namburi’s institutional knowledge and experience in managing financial operations across geographies would strengthen the company’s finance function. “She has played an important role in strengthening our financial processes and governance over the years,” he said.You use AI every day.
