Bengaluru: InMobi’s lock-screen unicorn Glance has launched its agentic shopping experience natively on iOS, integrating with Siri AI to enable users to seek shopping assistance through voice commands, as the company looks to shift shopping from apps to AI agents. Glance has clocked around $300 million in revenue. The platform combines Apple Intelligence with Glance’s three-layered technology stack and understanding of users’ past preferences and context to explain why a product may be relevant to them. The experience uses Apple’s Liquid Glass design language and adapts across iPhone and iPad.The integration follows a long collaboration between Glance and Apple across three areas — Apple Intelligence and Siri, Apple’s on-device models, and adaptive experiences across screens — according to InMobi founder and CEO Naveen Tewari.“Together, we worked on bringing agentic commerce directly into this experience, enabling a consumer’s shopping intent to translate into discovery and action,” Tewari said in a LinkedIn post. While Glance’s app has been available on the App Store, this is the company’s first direct integration into Apple’s core intelligence framework. It is an agent-to-agent integration with Siri rather than a lock-screen integration. Users upgrading to iOS 27 will be able to access Glance intelligence through Siri. For instance, users can photograph an apparel item and ask Siri where it can be bought. The Glance Agent can identify the product, surface relevant options and enable a virtual try-on experience.Glance has integrated Apple’s on-device models with its commerce intelligence. Its iOS experience uses Foundation Models and Core AI to enable on-device virtual try-ons, including image generation directly on the iPhone. The feature is currently experimental and is being developed with a focus on privacy.“This is a very deep-tech partnership. The investment is more on how we co-build this agentic commerce experience on Apple Intelligence,” said Mansi Jain, COO at Glance. The investment has primarily been in people and technology, with Glance’s technology team working closely with Apple’s developer team.Jain said the partnership was significant for Glance’s global positioning. “We are the only platform which is building from India for the world which is showcased at the Apple stage,” she said.Glance currently has 10.0 million monthly active users in the US and said around 15.0% of users are transacting through its agent. The company has not disclosed GMV.Glance expects more than 50.0% of consumers to shop through agents over the next two to three years. Jain said the Apple integration validates the company’s thesis that consumers will increasingly use agents for shopping. The company expects iOS users to have higher transaction values, with Jain saying industry ARPU (average revenue per user) for iOS users is typically about twice that of Android users.Get the latest Business News and Live updates.
