Qualcomm leads Rs 583 cr Ultrahuman funding round

BENGALURU: Wearable health startup Ultrahuman is stitching together a Rs 583 crore led by Qualcomm Ventures, regulatory filings sourced via Tofler showed.The fundraise comes as the company swung to a Rs 176 crore loss in FY26 from a Rs 73 crore profit a year earlier, according to provisional financials attached to the filings.Qualcomm Ventures, the chipmaker’s investment arm, is expected to invest about Rs 143 crore. Investment firm Alpha Wave will put in Rs 114 crore, while US laboratory-services company Labcorp will invest around Rs 95 crore. Existing investor Blume Ventures is contributing about Rs 90 crore.Zomato founder Deepinder Goyal is participating with Rs 47.4 crore. Nexus Venture Partners and Krypton Fund will invest Rs 18.9 crore and Rs 15 crore, respectively. Steadview Capital, GGM Family Trust, InCred Wealth and other investors are also participating.The funding was first reported by Entrackr.The valuation report also provides a first look at Ultrahuman’s provisional FY26 performance. Its revenue rose 15% to Rs 651 crore, while total income increased to about Rs 688 crore from Rs 581 crore. But Ebitda swung to a Rs 133 crore loss from a Rs 35 crore profit. The company posted a net loss of Rs 176 crore, compared with a Rs 73 crore profit in FY25. The figures include a Rs 62 crore exceptional item.For the June quarter, Ultrahuman reported revenue of Rs 51.8 crore and a net loss of Rs 103.6 crore, the management-provided figures showed.The funding also comes as Ultrahuman rebuilds its presence in the US.
