Tech giants are betting that AI agents will play a key role in how people get things done in the future – from shopping for groceries to returning packages and planning vacations. OpenAI, Meta and Anthropic have made major pushes in this direction with the launch of agents like Dots, Muse and Claude Duet in recent weeks. Meta’s Muse amassed 10 million downloads in the United States in its first 40 days, making it one of the few apps to achieve that milestone according to market intelligence firm Sensor Tower. Meta claims Muse can do things like build a shopping cart based on a recipe on Instagram, create workout plans and plan family trivia nights. CNN wants to understand how people actually use AI in their daily lives. Do you rely on ChatGPT or Muse to manage your budgets, update your calendar and keep up with emails and social plans? If so, we want to hear from you. What do you like and dislike about your AI agent? How well do you feel like your AI agent knows you? And are you aware of how much information your AI agent remembers about you? These are the kinds of questions we’d like to discuss. If you’d be willing to share your experience with a CNN reporter, please fill out the form with your contact information below.
