Crocs is diversifying beyond its Classic Clog through growing sandal, lifestyle and cold-weather offerings, including a nearly $500 million sandal business and strong demand for the Classic Ballet Flat.
The company is increasing investment in product innovation and brand marketing, while expanded collaborations and refreshed storytelling aim to support both Crocs and HEYDUDE.
HEYDUDE is undergoing a reset after excess inventory, with Crocs targeting a return to growth in the second half of 2026. Wholesale replenishment orders are also showing early signs of improving demand.

Crocs (NASDAQ:CROX) CFO Patraic Reagan said the footwear company is positioning itself to navigate shifting consumer preferences through product diversification, innovation and expanded marketing efforts across both the Crocs and HEYDUDE brands.
Speaking at Piper's Consumer and Tech Conference with Piper analyst Anna Andreeva, Reagan said recent footwear-category changes reflect the type of cyclicality that occurs periodically. While Crocs remains closely associated with its Classic Clog, he said the company has broadened its offering across multiple clog silhouettes, sandals and lifestyle products.

"We are the industry leader in clogs," Reagan said, while emphasizing that the Classic Clog represents only part of the company's product portfolio.
Sandals, Lifestyle Products Support Diversification
Reagan said Crocs has developed a sandal business approaching $500 million in annual revenue. Key sandal franchises include Getaway, Brooklyn and Miami, with the recently introduced Miami silhouette performing well, according to Reagan.

Beyond clogs and sandals, the company has expanded into lifestyle-oriented footwear. Reagan highlighted the Mellow recovery product line and the Classic Ballet Flat, which he described as a "runaway hit" this year. He said demand for the ballet flat exceeded the company's ability to fully supply the market.
For the HEYDUDE brand, Reagan said Crocs has been broadening the business beyond its Wally and Wendy icons. The company is targeting activities and categories including boating and fishing through its H2O franchise, as well as work footwear and boots.
